PLEASE NOTE: Do not use 'return to sender' to send the product back to us, please wait for our 'returns email instructions' as we will include specific instructions of how and where to send the returned product(s). Your refund may be delayed if you do not follow these instructions!
2. You must then return your product within 5 working days of when the 'returns email instructions' have been sent by us. After this period the purchase will remain the property of the customer.
