slipstop slipstop layer pads


features

Interleaving sheets with non-slip coating on both surfaces. Used between pallet layers as an aid to pallet stability. Binds units together. Prevents loads slippage during storage and transit. A cost effective alternative to wrapping and banding.


Manufactured using a variety of base substrates to suit particular end use requirements. Effective in conjunction with corrugated cases, trays, shrink-wrapped collations, glass and tinplate and plastic containers. Standard sizes 950mm x 1150mm and 750mm x 1150mm.


Other sizes and grammages available on request.

  • Winwrap is coreless so rolls are much lighter and you don't have to dispose of cores
  • The way in which winwrap is produced means that rolls are more durable than that of conventional rolls. For instance if you get a nick on the edges of conventional rolls the film tends to keep ripping meaning part rolls are thrown away
  • Less worker effort is required, this is due to two main reasons, firstly the reel weight is half that of conventional stretch film, secondly much less effort is needed to stretch the film when applying the film to the load because the work needed to do this has already been done for the worker in the pre-stretching process.
  • No boxes to dispose of
